Belzer considered five different order processing and order management systems before selecting Plug and Pay for the unique media launch. "Plug and Pay (www.plugnpay.com) will provide the technology to handle multiple payments and orders from a multiple number of web publishers while receiving input from a call center from a national cable TV buy all being reported in real time. The transaction process is very complex from a product launching perspective and we had many challenges to overcome. The amount of information being collected and processed is massive and required a dedicated team to make this happen," said Belzer. "We are thankful to have been able to work with such a dedicated team during the development cycle."
