I've tried many times this week to use the number. I get a couple of rings and then busy signal.
Is it still valid and I just keep trying?

Just call regular customer service (sometimes the special number dumps you there anyway).
Bye Bye 921
Now playing with 2x 622s.

Be sure to choose the Tech Support option, not CSR.
