That is a hilarious story. I am just glad it is him and not me with such a neighbor. At least the writer has a great sense (not sence) of humor. Over 3,000,000 visits. He should have a sponsor. :D

Here's a much worse situation that I just stumbled on a few days ago. No humor can be seen in this situation at all.

I thought my neighbors were dreadful. I feel sorry for the poor guy, but I can't help but laugh at it. All that is missing now is a Jeff Foxworth song.
