What are Regional Service Providers? Do you mean Regional Sports Networks or RSN's?

This is the list : Regional service providers... John they have direct contracts with Dish for specified territories. If you call 1800 e* you ussually get an rsp..
Only 21 in the nation
And if you want to know the territories I cannot release this info.

Are these "RSP's" similar to the old NRTC arrangement that D* had?
An E* subscriber continuously since February 1997.
