The manager was in 1.0 but not turned on by default (you hat to go to the tools menu) but by and large 1.1 is a nice step up from 1.0

I just download and installed it too. I am using it now.

It's kind of wierd that it has some Netscape icons in it. I thought this project was seperate of Netscape now.

Thats just the default skin for Mozilla, you can change it look like Netscape 6 or download other skins.
