Hi all,

This one came out of no where.

When I press the Channel Up or Down button on the RC24 remote the channels on my H20 won't change.

On the right side of the channel banner the words "Mini-guide" flash with the blue dot graphic. But the mini guide does not come up, not that I would be happy if it did when pressing the Chan buttons.

The channel does "hiccup" for a second like it is trying to change, but then nothing.

I tried unplugging the H20, switching to RF for the heck of it, and trying another RC24 from another box...no luck.

The numbers on the remote work fine and I can get to any channel or menu.

I don't post often, but when I do and it's a problem you guys ALWAYS have good info.

Please keep the streak alive!!:D

Thanks in advance
