Anybody in Sacramento Area have the HR20 DVR yet? I recently upgraded my dish to the 5 LNB dish so I now get 4 local channels in HD throught the dish directly.

I am dying to get the HD DVR but I always get vague and encrypted responses from DirectTV.

Installer Ironwood Communications (916-643-8889) for the Sacramento area have told me they are getting a shipment of the HR 20-700s on Sep 12.
When I called retention CSRs at DirecTV on Mon and today they said an appointment couldn't be scheduled yet; check back in 2 weeks. I was asking for an appt on Sep 14.
Posters from Fla, Tex, Colo, and Bay area are reporting they are already scheduled for early Sep and have verified that the model they are getting will be an HR20.

D*wasn't receptive to free up grade or swap-out of leased HR10-250

Anyone have any good info regarding HR20 roll out in Sacto area?

The Ironwood installer who came out on Monday to install an H20 in my master bedroom told me September as well. I'm fine with waiting a few more months. My HR10 works flawlessly and I have a good antenna. So I can wait for that MPEG4 content increase that compels me to upgrade.
