I'll go ahead and ask... forgive me.... Why don't you just upgrade through DirecTV?

I forgive you but what I think he means is that he already has an at9 dish he just wants to but a extra one or I can be wrong lol.

Solid Signal, pretty solid, but not best price. I think you are going to find best price on ebay. I bought mine from this guy:

http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=320014390841

but shipping is a bit high unless you get one of the dish/receiver deals. Shipping is super fast though, because it comes from the nearest distribution. Mine basically came next day even though it was shipped UPS ground.

There is a guy on ebay that has them $50 free shipping. If it's not needed soon, im sure the free shipping is ground.

The best fixed price I've seen lately on ebay has been $54.95 plus about $30 shipping. There are a few independent auctions for AT9 dishes but the ebay stores have them at a much higher cost.

I stand corrected on the price I listed. I just ran a search for KA KU and got a lot of hits for AT9 dishes selling below $20. I just picked one up for about $22 plus $35 shipping , which is about the same as the price I listed for the dish all by itself.
