OK, I've called Directv at least 3 times and repeatedy told that the HR20 is not available outside the L.A. market yet and they keep referring me to BestBuy.com as the ONLY source to get an HR20 at this time.

Am I just unlucky, or are they correct? Do they keep track of every call I make and if so, how long before they get pissed that I keep calling and will that affect me negatively?
