I went to my local Best Buy the other day and at least 40% of the sets on sale were HD Compatable sets!

Last year if you walked in there they had 2 sets that were more then $4000.

HDTV will go below $1000 this year. Its almost there now!

The big problem still is lack of available tuners for the adverage consumer. There are going to be a lot of HD sets out there that can't watch HDTV.
