Has anyone out there experienced problems with these new HR20's with the older Triple LNB dishes? I have gone through 3 brand new boxes and when I plug coax cables into both inputs I get signal problems experiencing pixelization on many channels. If I unplug one of the cables and use just one tuner, then there is no problem. WTF???

I have a 4x8 multiswitch...use 2 other HD Tivos and one SD Tivo and there are no problems whatsoever. This is only an issue with the new HR20s. All 3 receivers I have been sent do the same exact thing. Twice there has been techs to my house. The 1st one said it was a receiver problem so they sent me the 2nd box. Then that one did the same thing, so after my 3rd box did the same thing they wanted to send out another tech (wonderful Ironwood Communications, haha). He came out today and I pretty much knew more than him but he tried to tell me that I need one of the new 5LNB dishes to have it work with these new HR20s. He said it's because I'm using the Triple LNB dish that it's having this issue. Coule be be right?? No one with Directv tech support ever told me that. I was under the impression that you only need to upgrade the dish to receive HD locals via satellite.

Somebody please help...I am going crazy here! All because I am trying to exchange a defective HR10 with a faulty hard drive!

Thanks,
Duane in Denver

I have 2 and have had no reception problems (other than the normal HR20 hickups).
