Quick question--will the HR20 boot up without a satellite signal and still play recorded shows like the HR10 can? I am starting to look for a new TV and would like to wire up with my own "HD" feed instead of the default at CC or BB.

I realize that I could unhook and reboot myself--but I thought I would ask around in case someone else already knows.

The HR20 needs to receive sat signal to complete power up, so no, you will not be able to power it up and watch recorded programs with out an active sat feed.
