Have you ever wondered if some of the HR20 problems might be due to:
- Certain installation companies?
- Bad MPEG4 HD signals for certain markets?
- Problems with spot beams in certain markets?

Well, we have 47 new maps from Doug Brott!

Once you take the HR20 Site Survey - Finding the Cures, the results screen will now show you zip code maps of how we use our HR20s and the problems we are having.

If you have already taken the survey, it will remember your answers. Just click the same link above, double check your answers and you can see the maps as well.

We have had an amazing response to the survey with over 300 different participants so far so we are building a good sample.

The results are really interesting.

Great Job Doug!

Go to the Results Page, Look for Column 'T' (The Totals) and click on the number in that column. It will give a map of the results for that particular question.

I knew that we would have some report on their HR20 experiences who had never owned an HR20...

Actually, the question says how many are you CURRENTLY using...those 9 could be people who gave up on it...we've all read posts by them....ad nauseam....
