Had the 622 installed yesterday and all is great except the caller ID is not working. I am using a wireless phone jack which the tech said is working fine during the setup process of the 622. I just ran a diagnostic test it shows the phone connection is ok. I have caller ID enabled but still nothing shows up on the TV. any ideas?
Thanks

What brand is your wireless jack? Some of them do not support CID. Check the specs on yours to see if it says it specifically supports CID.
Receivers: ViP622 (dual mode), ViP722k (single mode), 311
Dish 1000
America's "Everything" Pack & HD
TV1: SONY 55" KDF-55WF655; HDMI & Components connections

I have a Radio Shack now and it is about 7 or 8 years old. It worked great with my 2700 and then my 721 receiver.

Does anyone know of a specific model of wireless phone jack that does support caller ID?

Phonex PX441/442 is supported. RCA RC930 is the same model rebranded.

I use the RCA RC930 and CID works fine with it.
