Both my 622s got the upgrade last night. I turned on the one in the den and was greeted with a critical HD error message. I go through all their reboot BS and all my recordings are gone and the unit is going to have to be replaced. At least the one in my bedroom still works, but now my wife is ready to kill me since it was my idea to get these.

That would be 1, it sounds like. Sorry to hear of your problem.
