4.03 fixed my issue with the caller ID locking up my 622. Has anyone else found this to be true? So far this latest software revision has been great for me. I hate to brag but its true.

My caller id was not broken before, but now it sometimes fails to show the call on the screen. I have not found any rhyme or reason. It just appears randomly to not "see" a call. I did report this to Dish in the L4.01 test.

I have no caller ID anymore. Last time I had it was with 3.66. I'm using Vonage, if that matters.

I'm using Vonage and Caller ID has always worked flawlessly on L3.66 (and prior) and L4.01 / L4.03. I've never had any modem update issues either.
