If I want to get the 129 satellite, can I re-aim my dish currently pointed at 61.5 and use it to pick up 129? Is it that simple?

Yes, if you have a clear view to the SouthWest. You might have to adjust the elevation, as well as the azimuth. Make sure that you're looking at an active 129 transponder when you're trying to find 129. 30 or 31 might be good choices.

You will definitely have to adjust the elevation. Try lowering the elevation by 11 degrees and slowly move it to the southeast.
