Is it possible to record two channels at the same with the TV off?

Is it possible to record two channels at the same with the TV off?

Of course it is with the two SAT feeds connected or the OTA antenna connected.
You can record two, while watching a recording made earlier. All at the same time.

Also, just to comment on the TV part, it does not matter if the TV is on or off when you are recording on the DVR. It also does not matter if the DVR is on or "off", because "off" is really a standby position which still permits recording.
