Does the HR20 work with general UPnP Media Servers (like the LinkSys WRT350N)?

I have 3 HR20-700's that work great but I have not tried netwroking them. I only have a couple laptops that are occasionally on my home network and they don't have much storage so they wouldn't be good media servers. I need to get a new wireless router and saw that LinkSys has this WRT350N that has USB port for connecting to an external drive and a built in Media Server that supports UPnP. If I bought that router and a USB drive would that serve music, audio and video to my HR20-700's?

The HR20 is supposed to be a UPnP device. That being said I have not been able to get it to stream music using EyeConnect, a UPnP certified media server for the Mac

I currently have the WRT350N hooked up and a 500GB USB drive connected as a NAS device. Yes, with the national release on the HR20, you can see the drive and use the storage. It currently does not work for the music. The media server on the router does not seem to support the LPCM transcoding. I have an issue submitted with Linksys and hopefully a new firmware release will fix this issue.

As of right now video will not work with any setup. Directv has not added video yet.
