Help with the pause button

When I hit the pause button on the remote control, it brings up a time progression bar at the bottom of my screen that stays on for a full one minute no mater what I do. Is there an adjustment in setup for this to deduce or turn off the time bar?

Hit the EXIT button on your remote and the bar will go away.
