I called up and ordered a replacement 20 Sunday and was told 2-3 days (which is normally what they're able to make, I believe) but I received a call from them this morning telling me that there had been a problem with the system recently and they were having to go back over all these orders. She asked me a couple of questions and said it should be at my house by Saturday. Perhaps your order hit the same problem.

Mine went out on Monday. I called that evening and received my replacement today at noon. The same thing happened two months ago and that one took the same 2-3 business days as they promised.

Are they replacing the 700's with 100's or is it apples for bad apples?

In most cases you will get a 700 for replacement. I had one of my 100's die and just got a 700 replacement. Took two days for delivery (actually under two days).

I received a replacement, which I returned to sender when it got here, in two days. That was two weeks ago so things may have changed since then.
