Has the HR20 Spontaneous deleted a program that you were actively watching?

Several have reported this result if you were watching, say, a recorded show that had reached the maximum number set in the prioritizer and then the next episode began to record. Because you've reached the maximum, if you are watching the oldest, it gets deleted.

Yes, I've had this happen, but when I started watching it the program already had the exclamation point ! next to it, so it wasn't surprising. Like the last poster said, it started recording another show and needed the room.
