Life is hoot when you understand WHY the HD channels are not there....

Is it:

1. Poor planning?
2. Poor choice of business partners?
3. Spent all their money on exclusive sports deals?
4. Lack of vision?
5. Sea Launch?
6. Sun spots?

How about not being able to run down to your local Super WalMart and picking up a few Boeing 702 based satellites off the shelf and then running over to the local ILS dealship and picking a couple rockets off the lot to lanuch them?
