Hi guys:
I was just wondering if anyone lost their off-air tuner ( H20-600 )
after the new software up-grade?

I've lost the ability to watch any off-air channel and furthermore,
when I run the system test it only counts for one tuner.

Any input would be much appreciated.......///////////

I would try running the OTA setup again and if that does not help reboot the receiver.

Interesting.
I noticed (last night) that my OTA channel is gone, too.
I was only able to pick up 1 OTA channel anyway -- PBS WFIQ 36.1, 36.2, 36.3, and 36.4.

Was there a software update on the H20-100 in the last few days?
I'll try to search for the OTA channels again this afternoon.

After powering down both my H20s, I regained the second tuner and some of the
off-air channels. A quick channel scan and all is good.

Thanks 4 all inputs.

My channel scan turned up 78 percent signal strength, found the PBS channel and sub channels. However, when I try to view the channel, nothing. I get the little thing at the bottom right of the screen about trying to access the Off-air signal. (Forgot to check the actual error code).

My H20-100 is running firmware v.2020 as of July 18, 2007.

I don't know if this could be a contributing factor to your problem or not, but the most recent NR version of the firmware for the H20-100 is v.2021.
