Has anyone noticed an increase in the sensitivity of the OTA tuner?
I happened to turn on a channel that i havent tried in months because it is hit or miss. Coming in strong, in fact i am picking stuff up from the opposite direction strong. Did they update something that i am not aware of?

If you have a HR20-700 and the latest CE update 0x184 then yes DIRECTV did do some work with the software to improve OTA.

Well, I am not sure which model I have. It is silver, I think it's the 100 but not sure. Anyway, I have noticed a huge difference in mine also. I didn't think that software could change that but maybe it does. My ota channels used to break up a bit and some didn't come in very well but one day they just started working better. Maybe it's all in my head!!

I checked the C.E. thread and they did do some improvements to help with multipath issues. It has really helped here to it seems. a few channels that were flaky are stronger and stable. Or so it seems, ive only put in a little time last night checking it out. Plan to do more when time permits
