I am networking my HR20 in anticipation of certain things and have it connected to the internet successfully according to the box.

I am using TVersity already and have that setup with my Xbox 360.

Tversity is set to automatically discover devices, the HR20 is supported in the software.

Where does the media share menu appear on the HR20, the menu that pops up when you press menu? Is it under the playlist? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I have reset the HR20 after successfully connecting to the internet with it.

Hit the menu button. You should see "Music & Photo" as an option once you hit the menu button.

Press <Menu>.

This is what you should see if the music/photos are getting served up from the media server software.

OK, that is not happening. Time to troubleshoot.
