Seems that DISH is doing other programming changes now. They have a very nice program with the Newport Jazz Festival on the demo channel, now. Looks very sharp. It was produced by PBS. I wonder if they struck some deal with PBS to offer their HD programming on the demo channel?

I watched this earlier (Boy is Bill Cosby getting old!) Besides Bill it looked very good.

I think this demo is up because the CES is coming up. Dish like having different HD demos running for their big shows.

Thanks! I would have never have know about this if I hadn't read about it here. At least it's not that stupid Demo loop. Would be nice if they kept some sort of programming on this channel.

I wish they would change the demo channel to HD NET like DirecTV has.

Nothing like wet T Shirt contests in HD to sell TV's :-)
