hd clippers games! yes! question though: i'm in new york and right now am not getting hd pre-season nba games from other markets (nesn/comcast). i think it says its not available in my area. will this change once i order nba league pass? it would kill me knowing i could be watching the clippers in hd every night.

Watching the Ducks/Wings game on FSN Prime Ticket HD (though the game is SD). The feed has incredible lip synch issues. The announcers just called a goal a full 2 seconds before you see it go in.

Same here. The audio is a full 1-2 seconds ahead of the video.
Pretty simple setup

5 LNB dish. Direct runs to:
- Family room: HR20 (0x1CD) Connected via HDMI to Sharp Aquos 46" LC46D62U - Native on
- Bedroom: Old Sony SAT-A55 receiver feeding a MythTV box with a 32" Sony...

I had the same issue with the game last night. Thought it was my HR20, so good to know others had the same problem.

Sucked that the game wasn't in HD, though...

Watching the Ducks game again tonight and the audio is way off still. I hope this gets fixed soon.

A truly minor question....

FSPTHD carried USC - Oregon in HD last Saturday.
They are replaying the game tonight.
It's in SD.

Just curious, but I would have guessed the RSN's would have HD recording and retransmission equipment.

Any ideas?

My guess would be that re-transmission in HD prevents something else live from being broadcasted in HD at the same time. Remember, FSN networks have a significant limitation on bandwidth for HD feeds until their new broadcast center i the Woodlands, TX is finished.

So the question is...when is the new facility supposed to be finished?

It can't come soon enough, in my opinion.

The PQ for me on this channel and 652 for hockey is not even watchable, very blurry and the skaters when they move fast look wierd. Anybody else with problems on this channel, Hockey on the other HD channels looks great.

Only a couple of the hockey games have been in HD so far (the two Kings/Ducks games this past week). However, I still enjoy seeing the SD games on these channels because the upconvert picture is still much better than the SD FSN and Prime Ticket channels.

End of this year for construction, if they are still on schedule.

Is it just me,or does anyone else see the SD and HD feeds of this channel both being listed as 653 in the guide at this time?It seems to me the HD channel would have the '-1' designation attached to it.
