The -275 just inicates where in the code the error was generated. Only the error code 11 is relevant.

If that episode has recently been recorded (in the last 28 days) it won't record again. When it's time to record the next episode it will do the same check.

Almost certainly nothing to do with your LNB or any other part of your equipment. If it is ALL your locals, its probably a problem at the Local Receive Facility, which I m pretty sure was the case with litzdog in Seattle
  4. Local Reception
I think you were looking at the 101 signals. As harsh says, you need to look at the 99c and 103c signals because that's where the HD channels come from. To give you an idea: a correctly aimed dish will have most 101 signals at or close to 100. 99c and 103c signals will be at least in the mid 80s.

The RSN is a "local" and the channel lineup does not list locals. Deliberately so. It would be a real mess if they tried to do that.

No, not possible. If there were a way to do this we would have found it long ago.

I've seen a couple more NBC dropout posts since yesterday. Very unliklely its anything but an issue at the affiliate , but seems to be at different affiliates so it'd probably not the feed to directv.

Highly probable this is a problem in the signal from that one ststion. Harsh - it can't be the genie because it happens on the Hr24 AT THE SAME TIME. There have been other reports of dropouts on NBC recently so it might actually be a problem in the network feed from NBC to some of the...

You posted in the directv forum with confusing info. There you said you had 10 tuners which means an SWM16 somewhere in the mix. If so that means tyhe problem is probably the swm16 or in a cable between the dish and the swm16. Without accurate info we are all working in the dark. And 103s only...

If you get an LCC I will be amazed. They haven't been seen "in the wild" for a couple of years now.

solid signal says it does, but I was pretty sure ikt does not.
  13. DIRECTV General Discussion
Why don't you just do this properly. A slimline dish, an SWM3 LNB and a PI21 or PI29 power inserter.
  14. DIRECTV General Discussion
The HR44 (and probably the H44) does NOT have a built-in power inserter.
  15. Internet Streaming Services
    Locast has now suspended operations.

Many reports of this issue. It's thought to be related to dowloads of new logos. Try a "clearmybox".
  17. DIRECTV General Discussion
This is a widely reported problem. Suggestion is its caused by an attempt by Directv to download new logos. Try doing a "clearmybox".
  18. DIRECTV General Discussion
If you can get one. You sometimes see them on ebay.
  19. DIRECTV Installation/MDU Discussion
I have no problem with someone using SCC everywhere. Directv installers often do. Just understand you don't need to.

As WestDC says, it looks like the "minis only "policy only applies to people on ATT accounts, so that might change if all the accounts just go back to being directv ones. But who knows?
