Since several of us are not on the current CE, I thought I'd create a separate thread for listing the Lockups.

    Version: 0x431C
    Active/Standby: Active
    Channel: XM 808
Sound/Video: Yes (was screen saver as expected)
    Networked: Yes
    Phone: No

Comments: Did accept a button push and turned off the screen saver. Then became unresponsive.

    Cheers,
    Tom

H21 was unplugged last night so I am not certain what would have happened.

Unit would not power on so I unplugged it from the AC and reconnected it. Had the same problem with my HR20-700 this morning.

Had two HR21-700's that also locked up. This H21-200 was in standby. Powered on to OTA channel 27-1 but was in 480i (resolution not normally enabled) with video and audio but otherwise unresponsive. RBR reset the box. After RBR, internet was not connected but a Connect Now worked without any change in parameters. After restart, the resolution was on 1080i which would be normal for 27-1. Diagnostic report sent. No other problems were noted. As an aside, my H21-100 (not in the test) was not affected - the only unit I had that wasn't frozen and only unit not in some version of CE test.

I didn't get the latest push but it was locked up and had to pull the plug to reboot it.

My H21 (current CE) locked up on the channel I had been watching, cleared via an RBR.
Since our H21s running the AM21 CEs seem to be the only receivers that locked up as a result of the guide issues, that even more reinforces the belief that our CEs are a version of the DVR software not the H21 software..

I haven't gotten any of these updates, I'm on like 4314 or something still. It locked up though and had to use the RBR to get it back as well.

Came right back though and everything is still working just the same.

On another note, what am I doing wrong to no longer be getting any of these new versions, it's been like 2 or 3 rounds I've missed now?

We hope to hear that there will be a release available this coming weekend .. So far nothing to report on that .. If one does show up, then we will want you to first download the national release and then wait for the push.

Yep, totally agree. It also explains why the GUI has slowed way down as well. The code in the GUI must be the reason for the slowness, not the DVRs themselves.

I can't recall the channel, but same symptoms here....unresponsive to remote, had to RBR, all well since then, including OTA with the AM21. I'm on the most recent push.
