Yeah, I wonder if any of those shows are complete or were they wiped to reuse the tapes?

This doesn't seem to happen much anymore, plus nowadays everyone's recording with their tape machines, and even more with PVR and PC recording software so it's pretty much all saved now.

I'm trying to get into the new Doctor. I haven't seen any of last season's shows yet.

So glad I'm not the only one who thought Firefly was just an American version of Blake's 7. Out of the 11 I've seen 6.

Blake's 7 was released on DVD, but Region 2 only. Sapphire & Steel is available on DVD and Amazon Prime.

Surprised "MIsfits" (2009-2013) didn't make the cut. Loved Prisoners.

I had a friend who was REALLY into Blake's 7. I managed to get a copy and started watching it, with the full expectations set to "low budget British SF". They lost me when they had police shooting into a crowd and the crowd was panicking to get out of the kill zone. When I say "panicking", I have to admit I'm being kind. The actors looked like they had all the urgency of trying to find a shorter checkout line at the supermarket.
