While DirecTV's "advanced program guide" NEVER provided 14 days of programming in advance, I've noticed lately it's more like 9-10 days of programming. I especially noticed this after printing out the new fall TV schedule and trying to set up series links (prioritizer entries) for the new shows in advance.

Since I have both R15 DVR's and an R22 it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the receivers themselves.

How far in advance do YOU have program listings? HINT: Each "day" of programming begins at 0 hours GMT which is 8PM EDT, 7PM CDT, etc.

I think the question should be posed as a request to advanced ppl here, like Sixto, gct, doctor j:
    - how far goes APG in a stream ?

Up to 19:00 Fri. 9/24 here, probably about as close as it is ever going to get to 14 days.

Same here. It's always been a pretty consistent 12 days out for me on my HR21s, which I think is very good.

Same for me on a HR-er, whatever it is.

Some channels "crap out" sooner and so go past that date, though. I do recall it being 14 days long because I used to record shows that aired once a week, and there were always (2) listed in the Prioritizer if I checked right after the show's air date.

I suspect it is mostly for the hr's at ±12 about as much info is out there, and the h's can't retrieve it all.

At 4:42 pm ET Sunday, Sept 12, I have data out to (but not including) 8pm ET Friday, September 24. To me, that is 12 days and 3 hours. Hint, you do not get to define what a day is. That is pretty consistent with what I see. If I see less, I reboot my DVR.

An HD receiver can only do 7.

As for HR's mine have between 12 and 13 days depending upon the channel.

Mostly an issue with locals. I regularly get 14 days on national channels, its the locals that are short on schedule data.
