I don't care what Jr says. He doesn't have the guts to admit he wrecked a guy on purpose. His dad would have the guts to do it, but he doesn't.

They showed the in-car angle from his own car. Vickers didn't push him into the grass. He had both wheels below the double yellow line, and all was fine. He retaliated on Vickers on the way back behind him, which he didn't need to do.

Maybe it wasn't deliberate, but it sure was reckless. And when other drivers are reckless to the 88, he moans and complains like a 6-year old. You Jr fans all remember the stuff that is positive to your guy going back years, but you conveniently forget when he drives like an idiot, which is every other time.

There was no one behind him when he was trying to get back in behind Vickers. Go look at the tape. He ruined the race today. It's just that simple.

I thought this was for Hotpass comments which totally sucked. I paid for it last year and would again for the same thing, but this version is worthless. We watched the Fox network broadcast. Save your money DTV if this is all you can offer.

Jr is not his dad so dont assume that he would wreck someone and not have the guts to say so. Jr has proved over and over again he is not a dirty driver. He finished 27th due to his own issues. Vickers did force Jr lower then he was planning on going and it was close to the grass if you watch it again in slow mo replay. I choose to give him the benifit of the doubt obvisously you dont.

Sucks that you couldn't hear the driver because of the FOX feed overlaying it. When Jr. is talking I want to hear everything he says not every 4th or 5th word because of the FOX announcers walking over him. Hotpass is pretty much worthless now.

No, wasn't even close to the same thing. It was Jr's fault, but that was way different than yesterday.

Sheeze, last season we had to put up with JrNation dominating 796, now some negativity from them has slivered over here .......

News flash Jr fans, we don't verbally attack the other drivers here. I am a Smoke fan, if you haven't figured it out yet. I like Jr too. There is no need to talk trash about any driver. Take it to the Nascar forum or any where else, but not here.

Posting about the issues of Hotpass will help Directv get the bugs worked out; again.

I liked it fine for free. I wouldn't be happy if I was paying however. If I could toggle the audio to driver audio only I probably would. Outside of that problem I actually like this better. The video was a lot better and I much prefer the in-car camera to following his car around zoomed in so you can't even see who he is racing.

Really need to add a seperate crew audio feed. Give us that button back so we can switch between the network feed and the driver/crew feed.

I hope the one BUG they would work out is being able to hear the team audio during the comercial breaks. I know that the # 9 was able to but the # 48 was cut off at every commercial break, I think the #88 was off and on, not sure about the #99. Thats my biggest complaint about the FREE hotpass, make every driver channel the same through the commercial.(hopefully on)

Yeah the 88 team audio was deff off a bit and had a lot of interference, but I will give it another week b4 making verdict on this, as the big tracks tend to have a lot of interference in the radio b/c of the distance.

I'll throw my 2 cent in, The only thing I would like added is (as many others have said) an audio option. I tried messing with the audio settings on my surround sound but could never get the "in-car" audio loud enough that the FOX feed didn't kill it. If you want network audio wouldn't you just tune to FOX? The reason someone would tune to a driver specific channel would be to actually hear THAT driver. I like the split screen with the network feed however because a lot of times last year I would have to switch over to the network feed (and rewind) to find out why the race was under caution or see a pass for the lead, this way you get both. Basically enable the yellow button and this will be gold.

I wonder since it is FREE, if in order for the networks to give there ok to use there feed, that there could not be an option for team audio or network audio.

I thought it was a good gesture by D* to put a free product like this out there. My only suggestion would be to bring back the yellow button with 3 options team audio, network audio and both team and network audio . Maybe bring the team audio up a notch over the network feed . Thanks D* :)

I'm glad to have the Hotpass option at no extra cost, but the audio levels really need some work. I watched the 88's channel for a time during the last 50 laps, and the crew audio was there during commercials, but the commercials were so loud you couldn't tell unless it was a dead spot in the commercial.
Also, I hope they get the guide data fixed next week, as I like to record a driver channel along with the network so that I can use it like DLB.
It was really hard to tell if the censors were heavy handed due to the audio level problems.

I already bought trackpass for this season, I think at the pit command level, but I used Raceview today, and I have to say it's kind of addicting, thinking about upgrading.
