$299.94 on a one time payment - $150 lump credit - free To Go = $149.94 total for ST this year......my 7th season. I already have re-occurring credits, plus my DTV Visa rewards I redeemed I had a large credit balance, so I was happy with the one time credit.

Last year...they had an NFLST promo in late July or so which combined it with the Premuer package at a major discount rate.

These currently-reported discounts are likely not the only promos we'll see for NFLST.

Yep, last year I got Premier and ST for what I was already paying for Choice Extra (ST price was credited back each month). That was a sweet deal but don't think it was available to everyone, think you either had to be a new subscriber or be on an "outbound call" list. They started calling me in late July, I didn't answer until late August when I finally realized who was calling and why.

I recently got the $120 credit deal, thought about waiting for a better deal but thought I better jump on it just in case they don't offer one. Curious if after they hit a certain number of subscribers they revert back to no discount. ...or at least don't give it out so readily. $180, I think, is a fair price all things considered.

Thank you to everyone who mentioned getting NFL Sunday Ticket deals on this forum!! I paid in full for my NFL Sunday Ticket for the upcoming season last month and got no special offers. Decided not to get "To go" as it seemed like a waste of money since I usually spend Sundays in front of my TV watching the Cowboys anyway.

After reading the posts on here I decided to try again. I mentioned the deals that cablevision is giving me to try an get me back(which is all true) and they hooked it up. $20 off my bill for the next 6 months, $10 off my premiums for 6 months and "To Go" for free!!! If I didn't read it here, I would never have tried again.

Thank you so much everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go Cowboys!!! Home field advantage in the Super Bowl this year and I won't miss a single play!!!!!!!!!!!

Great you got your deal! :)

That last part is of course, assuming they even make the playoffs... :D

Assuming so, curious if anyone who bit at the current $120 off promo would be successful at "upgrading" to the better promo.

I think he meant that the Cowboys would have the advantage of buying tickets to the game and not playing in it ;)

That's not true Directv has now removed NFL Superfan and the HD games are now included. So in reality you are actually saving money if you bought HD in the past because you get all of the game mix channels, NFL Redzone, and all of the short cuts included in the price now. So basically it is around a $70 savings.

you wouldn't be able to get a confirmation # on any promotion only time Directv gives a confirmation # is when you make a payment. I should know I used to work there.

Specifically ask to cancel your account then they might be able to offer the Red Zone by itself that is what my friend did they told him it's not available unless you do ask to cancel to go to a provider that just offers the Redzone standalone.

Hey if you look you now have versus back they didn't lose Versus by choice it was move by Comcast themselves and wanted too much money for Directv to provide it but just got it back a few months ago.

You can still get the NFLST for the same price and YES all of the HD games are included this year Directv listened to the concerns of the customers for having to pay extra for the HD and have now included those which if you add it up you actually save around $70.

Did you say anything special to trigger that?

I called Sat morning. I already have 2 $10 credits/mo that last until next March (I was offered that to keep MMM when I tried to cancel that this year). The rep said he could give me a one-time $60 credit, but he couldn't give me the 6x20 deal. I passed and will call back again this week.

I got this deal - said cancel at both prompts and asked if they could offer me any discounts to keep NFLST. At first he only offered me free To-Go, and when I said I wasn't interested in that he then offered me a credit of $100. I asked if he could do $150, and then he came back with $120 and said that was the most he could do. I have 2 $10 month credits right now, also.
