Hope they do lockout and D* charges you all for SFT. Can't believe people assume D* had a plan for a lockout, how naive can one get.

There will be no charges for ST if there is no season. You wish bad things like that would happen to members here? How spiteful. I'm not sure where you are getting the idea that they didn't plan ahead for the possibility that this may happen either.

If no agreement is made-the union will be de-certified -allowing the draft to proceed and the teams to practice with anyone (players) that wish to play.
The union will then call a strike-those that cross will play those that don’t will miss out on the only thing that matters in their short career is (TIME) that is the only commodity that is short supply in a NFL career

Much like what happened in 1987.

The Games will continue, the 4 billion revenue in TV money in escrow will be released and shared (anyway the owners wish) because the existing contract will be NULL & Void after decertification.

    Fee market Wins.

Yeah, but would you pay $300 to watch a gas station attendant play football?

If there are games, but they are filled with non-professional players, what will DirecTV charge? Will they allow you cancel the plan? Will they refund money?

Even if such a scenario would come to pass...we would know about it before a single game had been played. You can cancel anytime prior to that first day of ST games.

One Example-Chad (Before)-Ocho (Bust) T-O and maybe to come Tiki I’m sure may more can come to mind from others.

May-be you won't pay for it ,some season ticket holders will not re-new, but Las Vegas and the fantasy players will continue.

I would rather pay to watch someone who wants to play then someone who is over paid to under preform in a regular season game that doesn't mean anything until they can choke in the playoffs.

Cancel Anytime before the season starts, after kick off-no cancell & no refunds. Nobody's holding a gun to your head.

Looks like we have a Dish Network homer. Enjoy not watching your favorite team play football.

No, I think he is a DirecTV subscriber. He absolutely hates them, yet continues to pay them as a loyal customer each and every month. Is that hilarious?!?!

The Nfl Owners made this rule? Or Union Rule- If the union is busted -then all rules are off.

There was a rule put in place after the last strike....these talks have no influence on it just like the combine & draft.

My Orginial Statement, Was if the union is "Decertified" Or busted -then this rule would be dust in the wind as well the sharing of the 4 billion TV package between the players and the owners (Teams).

Those with the gold make the rules.

there is no need to cancel your ST sub.

Directv does have plans in effect for the labor issues. any game not played you will get credited for not seeing that game. If the full season is missed you will get a full credit for the season.

That is incorrect. There will not be, and can not be, use of replacement players.
