I am getting on, the web pages, OK. But, last year I subscribed to only MLB-TV, but canceled it earlier this year. This year I went back to IE. That may have something to do with it.

I was able to activate just now and can see last night's game on all my devices. Last night I was getting the "unable to authorize" message.

Tried in on my ipad this morning and now just tried on a desktop PC. Both are giving me the same error.

I was just able to activate on my PC, IPad and IPhone, so it seems to be working now.

The authentication is working, and I can access MLB.TV through At Bat [Android], but I've lost my link to my Roku 3. No code appears on the screen, just a prompt to log into my mlb.com account. However, if you get MLB.TV through EI, you are not shown as an MLB.TV subscriber on your mlb.com account, so there is a catch-22. Has anyone else run into this problem this morning -- I had not problems with the Roku during spring training -- and figured out what needs to be done?

No problem here, got it OK on my Roku 2 and Roku 3 boxes. Also on my XBox 360 and my Sony and Samsung Smart TVs. I am just upset that they have dropped "At Bat" on the Windows phone, this year.

All 3 games are working here via iPhone, PC and a TiVo. When I first tried the Yankee game all I got was a placard with the name of the gameday audio radio station(didn't wait to see if it actually played) but the second time I tried the YES video feed showed up.

Looks fine on a HR44-500, just the selected box has the blue outline.

Do you remember what department you talked to when you called? Anyone else had any luck in reducing price of EI when mentioning mlb.tv price to them? Have had D* only 9 months with premier, when initial deals expired (movie channels etc) after first 3 months I had called and got $25 bill credit for next 6 months. Was going to call to see if I can get anything like that but also wanted to ask about EI price. Any suggestions on what department to go with? Seems like retention is way to go...

Haven't subscribed to EI in a couple of years. Is the MLB.TV package that now comes with EI the Premium service and not just the basic?

    Thanks.

I just called customer service and asked if they had any "deals" for long time customers but they for offered nothing. Should have tried retention...
