The starter kit adapter for my Mitsubishi is supposed to arrive this week and I had read that you can still download the 3D World Cup matches via VOD. It is listed on the DirecTV website as channel 105.

I an see 103 n3D, 104 CINE3D, and 106 ESPN3D in my guide. Do I actually have to have a 3D TV hooked up to make 105 visible?

    Thanks.

105 didn't show up in my guide until the 3DC-1000 was hooked up.

Thanks. That is what I was starting to think.

How is the 3DC-1000 working out for you? I am really excited to give it a try when it arrives on Wednesday.

I've got an issue with my HR24-500 causing a resync (or something) whenever it exits a DVR function, like 30skip, FF/REW. I swapped in an HR23-700 and didn't see that problem. I don't know if it's just this HR24 or all of them, next thing to try is to swap in another HR24-500 I have and see if that does it also. Other then that working fine, I just wish they'd put more 3D content out there. They have only 1 PPV movie (Journey To The Center of The Earth) and some IMAX's shorts, wish they would add some of the other recent 3D movies that have been released.
