I keep getting the 771 code on all 3 TVs. The signal strength on the 101 are good. I have a solid yellow status light on the front of the genie.
Anything I can do to remedy the problem or do I need to pay someone to come fix it?
    Thanks

Note: Saying the numbers on 101 is not enough information. What are the actual numbers ?
Also, all HD programming comes from 99 and 103 satellites unless they are local and those are spot beams.
Can you take pics of each of these screens and post them ?
All numbers should be at least 85 and preferably in the 90's.

Sorry about that, I failed to mention the ones with an "s" after the numbers are spot beams. Those are always erratic.
    Take a pic of the 101, 99 ( c / ca / cb or the 103 c / ca /cb) and let's see what those are.

Those are definitely bad low numbers.
Is there a tree that has grown into the line of sight to the satellite ?
If not, have you had any strong winds that might have moved the dish slightly.

I checked the trees last night. There wasn’t any that appear to be in the way. The crazy thing is, it only appears to mess up at night time. Yes we had strong winds last week.

I would call them and ask for a service call to align my dish and check anything else, like the LNB to get it back to where it is supposed to be.
Since you only have trouble at night, you possibly have a loose coax connection outside and it is getting wet in there and then the sun dries it out in the daytime. ?
They will check all of that out.

The signal strength test reports azimuth 0 degrees, elevation -19 degrees. Elevation +19 degrees would get you Juneau AK or Northern Canada. Maybe that is why the signal strength is so weak. Azimuth zero degrees would get you South America where the beams don't reach. I am confused maybe the op can mention his physical location.

No way you should be receiving those numbers in mid US. Your dish indicates perhaps it is misaligned. Here is the D* dish pointer enter zip for correct alignment:

Doesn't the settings we are seeing come from the zip code that was typed in for where the service is. It is just a reference to start the alignment process.
Twisting or tilting the dish does not change those numbers.

    ??????????????

I did tilt it slightly and all the meters went to green.

when were you installed??? if it was a recent install then you have a 90 day warranty on the install for them to fix it at no charge or be prepared to shell out 99.00 bucks for a service call if you don't have the protection plan!!! my system is locked at 99%
