today i received the 771a message on my HR21. before i called direct, i did the red button reset and pulled the receiver plug. still got no signal and the 771a message. they had me check the swm behind the tv, pull the plug and try again. no good. my other 3 tv's are fine. they have to send a service man out and the earliest this can happen is next monday. thank goodness i have the protection plan or who knows how long i would have to wait. i also found out that it is my responsibility to check my account to see if an earlier service call becomes available and i have to reschedule the call. is this a simple call of just changing out the swm?
