99c is 90's on odds, but evens are 70's.

    Any idea?

    101, 110, 119 all 90's, 103c 90's

To me it seems like a bad LNB.

Thanks, I was thinking that or cables.

I don't think it would be cabling because your TP's signals would be more equal between even and odd.

This usually indicates the dish is slightly out of alignment.

I'd also suggest the LNB assembly. cabling would not cause that symptom, and dish misalignment would cause consistent lower signals across the board, not just even transponders.

So, where is the best place to get an LNB replacement?

That's not how it works in practice.

I agree but look at his other sat. signals.
    101, 110, 119 all 90's, 103c 90's,all fine so to me that's pointing to a lnb issue.But it wouldn't hurt to try alignment first.

Ebay, if you want the best price. There are multiple "buy it now" sellers with SL3 LNBs going for about $25, including shipping.
