Account HELL after adding UVerse internet!

    Ever since I signed up for AT&T Uverse, my D* account has been FUBAR. I cannot log into the website or the mobile apps.

    Each of the 6 times I have called, the CSR is apologetic and promises to take care of it. However, no one ever does.

    I can log into the AT&T site, but when I try to go over to the D* side of the house, I am told that my account is locked.

    Is there a way to reach Level 2 support w/o having to go through the normal system? This has been the case for over a week, and I see no light at the end of the tunnel.

    There is no lvl2 for this - just call tech support and tell them your account is locked. They should be able to transfer you to the account unlock team.

    I had the same problem and it turned out that I needed a different sign on and a different password for D* . My password for D* was reset and I do as I did before the problem started. Go to D*'s site and log on with the new password. I have ATT UVerse internet, ATT wireless, and D*.

    I had the same problem.
    I think my thread on it is just below this one.

    Thought it was all settled, but then My directv got shut off Friday because it said I was late on a bill.
    Ha. Well- that's because I cant access my directv account and it took away my autopay. Total disaster. I was on the phone for 2 hours Fri nite before I got somebody that actually knew what they were doing and re activated my account.
