Ever since I signed up for AT&T Uverse, my D* account has been FUBAR. I cannot log into the website or the mobile apps. Each of the 6 times I have called, the CSR is apologetic and promises to take care of it. However, no one ever does. I can log into the AT&T site, but when I try to go over to the D* side of the house, I am told that my account is locked. Is there a way to reach Level 2 support w/o having to go through the normal system? This has been the case for over a week, and I see no light at the end of the tunnel.
