All I will say is be very careful. Some of them think they can do stuff and when they try to do it the computer system wont allow them to. I had issues with my C61K, I forgot what it was but something was not working, I think the 4K channels would not work. I called DTV and the guy kept on re-hitting it over and over until he proclaimed that the unit must be defective. I came on this forum and read a thread about the same issue and the answer was that it might take up to 24 hours for the box to get all the info to work properly. Sure enough the next day everything was fine. It was shocking to me that this guy did not know this and wasted almost an hour of his companies time on the phone with me. As for the 7 day shipping yeah it's just like the truck roll crap. they give you a date and then you wait and nothing. The next day nothing and then on the third day they finally show up. I am so tired of it that I would rather just spend money with SS and install the stuff myself on the weekend. I wonder if new customers get the same treatment? I know if I deal with a company for the first time and they waste my day or screw up, I just cancel. I take it as an Omen of things to come.
