I am considering adding local channels to my dtv package. I am in the champaign IL area. Locals are available, but the ** note on DTV website states I will need a second 18 inch dish. I do have a spare 18 inch dish available to use, and after researching futher, I have found my local channels are on DTV sat 1 at 72.5W. Assuming I aim my second 18 correctly, Would I then combine the coaxes with a multiswitch? I am currently using a 2 x4 multisw that has a addinanal input for ant on it. Do I go do a 5 x 8? or combine the signals some other way. I only need 3 out at this point, two go to my r15 the other one goes to my standard bedroom receiver.

D* will add a new dish, and replace all standard receivers that are not compatible with the new satellite. Which means that if you have a receiver that was made prior to 2002, it may need to be replaced.
