I have noticed that sometimes I do not get a signal from OTA on three local channels. What I am suspecting is when I did an initial set up. It had picked up a signal that is north of me. But these same three stations had install another transmitters south of me which I see those signals on my TV tuner. So how does the AM-21 stay on the strong signal, north or south?

I've got 7 AM-21's and they all display instances of multiple OTA's in the "Edit Off-Air Channels".
    For example:
    2-1
    2-1
    2-2
    2-2
In large area DMA's, it is not unusual to have repeater broadcast sources with sufficient strength to be tuned in by the AM-21.
On some of those, the strengths of one source may be in the 80's, the other in the 90's.
On others, the strengths of one source may be in the 20's, the other in the 90's.
You can manually deselect the weaker signal in the "Edit Off-Air Channels".
But I have never found the need to.
The guide does not display multiple OTA's even if both are selected.
All 7 AM-21's have always locked onto the stronger signal.
