Received at 12 noon; up and running by 12:45 (including installing a temporary antenna in the bedroom closet). No problems at all. When the weather gets a bit better, I'll run the feed of my outdoor antenna down into the crawl space (already wired with two cables to each location from pre-SWM days).

I noticed that, too. A couple of them didn't show any signal at all and report "searching for signal" when tuned. The local PBS affiliate is one of these. The transmitter is less than a mile away, literally visible from the front porch--unobstructed. However, many local Comcrap customers are reporting the same thing here in Atlanta, so maybe it's the transmitter...

In any event, none of the signals I do receive show anything but 77%.

You know what needs to be done.

Besides, a true tester wouldn't even need to ask. :contract:

    Now go :kickbutt:

I just noticed that the AM21 is showing the new subchannel guide data for WSBDT, identified as 2-2 WSBDT2. This is a new "oldies" channel, showing Kojak, Get Smart, etc 24/7. I do not have it listed at all on my HR20's, either 100 or 700. I'll rerun setup on them and see if it appears...

edit: I had to add it to my favorites list on the -700, the data was there all along. Gotta pay more attention for new channels....

Integration of the AM21 feels pretty seamless, as expected. It behaves exactly the same as the HR20's do, now. So far, I'm pretty impressed at the "completeness" of the design and execution.

Got home and found my FedEx box on the couch (wife was home with one of the sick kids). Installed in two minutes, up and running agin now. There were no installation hangups or issues, but perhaps that's because I skipped the antenna setup. I hope to install an antenna this weekend and see how it goes.

My wife called and said the Fed Ex truck just pulled in as she was getting home from work. Looks like a late night system re-config session.

I don't have one at all, not even a little indoor job. I just have to find one with a high enough WAF if I go outdoors (which is what is recommended) or BIG enough to fit in my attic if I go indoor. We'll see.

I was very happy to come home from work and see that FedEx left it at my front door, and I didn't have to drive in rush-hour traffic to pick it up! :D
