    I think its just some stuff in the buckets to weigh the table down, so it wont tip over.

    I wonder if that's just a temporary setup. I once lashed a friend's dish mount to a tree with a couple of ratchet straps to keep his service working while his roof was being redone. Looked strange, but it got the job done... :)
