Are there any folks here with commercial accounts? I am having some issues with my account's programming, along with other stuff. And, as helpful as the Commercial CSR's try to be, they are often no help at all. So, I was wondering if other Commercial subs are having similar issues not getting some of the channels they are supposed to, such as the new Viacom HD's, TNT-HD, or Fox News HD. (Since this is happening on all of our HD receivers, I have a feeling it may be due to their authorization database being incorrect for our packages.) I was also wondering if there is a similar email address to the "ceo@" that the Residential subs use to take their concerns up to the next level. Or, can Commercial subs use that email as well? Feel free to PM, if you don't feel like discussing your commercial account in a public forum.
