I got an email this morning from them for "You’re invited to the NFL SUNDAY TICKET party in Miami!".

RSVP for a once-in-a-lifetime experience in a pop-up lounge packed with food, drinks and special appearances by star athletes.

The fine print reads "This event is by invitation only. This invitation is non-transferable.
This invitation does not include tickets to the Super Bowl or other Super Bowl events."

If you haven't received emails have you checked to ensure you are subscribed to receive promotional offers via email from AT&T? That could be a possible reason they can't send you an email for Free NFL ST if you have opted out of receiving promo emails.

Thank you, I just clicked the Email Alerts section to now allow them, you might want to add Pro Football as one of your special interests. Go to Account, My Settings.

I have been migrated to AT&T and I don't see it. Only promotional offers on a AT&T account are via "AT&T Thanks".

@GordonGekko may still be on legacy DTV billing system as that sounds like an option for the legacy system @dtv757 @MysteryMan if your account has been converted to AT&T billing you need to log in to att.com/myatt or use the myAT&T app on your smartphone. After digging around it seems for AT&T billed customers (any product) what they offer is usually based on if you opted in or out of their Relevant Advertising program. (Explains why my post-paid Wireless account sends me emails about anything related to Apple.)

Like my mother is opted-out of all AT&T's advertising options (Relevant Advertising, Enhanced Relevant Advertising and External Marketing & Analytics Reports) so AT&T sends her no promo emails just a general ad with her bill every month to sign up for wireless service.

My aunt is opted-in to "Relevant Advertising" so occasionally she will get targeted emails to add one of the premium movie services either at discounted rates or free trials because she watches a lot of movies from Lifetime, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, etc.

So I'm guessing your might be opted-out of all their Advertising/Marketing options. Plus you need to ensure that your "E-Consent" is set to accepted status so they can send you emails about important information (i.e. your bill, rate increases, etc.) If they can't even send you important info there then they defiantly can't send you promo emails.

You can review your Communication Preferences via myAT&T by following these steps:
    • Click Profile
    • Click Communication Preferences
    • Check your status for E-Consent for important, non-advertising stuff
    • Scroll down and click "Privacy Settings"
    • The Consent Dashboard will load
      • The top 4 options are about how you would like to be contacted by important information pertaining to your account (i.e. phone or text)
      • The bottom 5 options is how AT&T is allowed to use your data it collects from you.
        • Relevant Advertising, Enhanced Relevant Advertising and External Marketing & Analytics Reports are applicable to all AT&T products (Post-paid Wireless, Pre-paid Wireless, AT&T billed DirecTV, U-Verse TV, AT&T Internet & VOIP, DSL and POTS)
        • DNS Error Assist only applies to AT&T Internet and DSL customers
        • Third-Party Services only applies to Post/Prepaid Wireless customers
    • Select "Relevant Advertising" if the toggle button beside your satellite account is grey with "No" then AT&T is not allowed to use the information it receives from the DirecTV set-top boxes, D* app, etc. about your viewing habits to target offers to you. If you want ads or marketing material tailored to your interests from the data AT&T collects then you need to switch the toggle to green/Yes.
    • "External Marketing & Analytics Reports" from the description sounds like they use the anonymous data of all opted-in subscribers and sells the data to others. Doesn't sound like there is an added benefit to the customer for opting in.

I just checked all of those settings and they were all 'On' for my accounts (I have cell and DTV with them). I've never received this email.
