    The article it references says it was fixed in a firmware update delivered on Dec. 20th, so it shouldn't be an issue (though set tops and TVs are notoriously rife with obvious security holes fixed in the PC/server world a decade or two ago, so I wouldn't be on it being the only issue)

    At any rate to exploit it requires access to your home network. 99.9% of the time if a hacker has access to your home network it is because they already compromised your PC - in which case an attack on your wireless video bridge is the least of your concerns!
