My thought exactly.
Many crap places like Applebee's use margarita mixes where ice is all that's added so drinks can be served quickly. According to a former Applebee's bar guy at another site, he says:
And Sangria served to a toddler at an Olive Garden in Florida.
It's a conspiracy by the distillers to create a bigger market by starting them early.
In Wisconsin, any kid under 18 who is with his folks can drink in a bar. It's legal to have your 13 year old slugging back Jack and Cokes if you want him to.
And of course, it's legal for a kid to drink in a Wisconsin tavern if he is 21 or older.
The no-no is for a kid to drink with his parents if he's between 18 and 21. Legal, he's an adult, but one who is unable to drink in a bar.
And you think Wisconsin just has trouble with labor laws!
